Rules of sale of goods in the online GYMWARS shop

1. Goods presented on the website are for personal consumption.
2. Law “Concerningthe protection of consumer rights”.
3. The Civilian Code of the Russian Federation (Part two), detailed information is stated in the Article 497 Civilian Code of the Russian Federation.
4. The Government of the Russian Federation Decree dated 27.09.2007 № 612 «Concerning adoption of online sale of goods regulations».
5. «The list of non-food products of proper quality not subject to return or exchange for similar products of different size, shape, dimensions, style, color or package», approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 19.01.1998 № 55.
6. An order is processed via the website of the individual entrepreneur Sheveleva K.V. (www.gymwars.pro).
7. Payment on account can be done by bank transfer with using bank card in accordance with the order described on the website www.gymwars.pro in the section «Payment methods».  Expenses for money transfer to the account of the Seller are borne by the Purchaser.
8. Delivery of the goods on the territory of the Russian Federation is done by class 1 Russian Post. Deliveries abroad are done by EMS Express. Please see more detail in the section «Delivery».
9. Cost of delivery to the regions is determined by tariffs specified on the website www.gymwars.pro. The cost is automatically calculated and is provided for review during procession of making out of an order.
10. The Purchaser shall pay for delivery of Goods upon completion of making out of an order.
11. Terms and conditions of effective and safe use of goods are stated on labels or in directions for use of the goods.
12. The Purchaser can reject the goods at any time before its transfer and within seven days after transfer. Return of the goods or proper quality is possible when if it’s marketable state, consumer qualities and also a document confirming the event of its purchase are preserved.  Lack of such document does not deny the opportunity address other evidence of purchasing the Goods with this seller. The Purchaser cannot reject the Goods of improper quality having certain specific properties if the stated Goods can be used exceptionally by its Purchaser.
13. When the Purchaser rejects the Goods of individual entrepreneur Sheveleva K.V. shall refund him the amount paid excluding the expenses borne by individual entrepreneur Sheveleva K.V. for delivery of the rejected Goods from the Purchaser and/or to the Purchaser not later than 10 days after the date when Purchaser lodging the relevant claim.
14. Return of the goods of improper quality is done by the Client via the Russian Post and only to the address: 690017 Vladivostok city, Geroev Tikhookeantsev st., 18-64

Delivery by post:

1. The ordered items are delivered in our online shop’s packing.
2. Upon receipt of delivery please take a close look at its packing for intactness and external damages.
3. In case if a packing is damaged, has bruises or other defects please do not accept such delivery.
4. Ask the delivery service staff to make up an act of return and delivery of the order at return address.
5. If you revealed a manufacturing defect after opening the packing you can return the goods via post. Please contact our operator at gymwars.wear@gmail.com. Tell the number of your order, reason for returning and your contact details. Our operators will provide you with complete information about the procedure of returning.

If the above mentioned requirements are failed to be observed your order will not be accepted. We will send your goods back to you.
