Online payment by bank card

We accept online payments by bank cards of the following payment systems:

We do not accept Visa and MasterCard bank cards without a CVV2 / CVC2 code. Payment of an order is made via Internet right after its checkout. In case if you paid your order with your bank card and then rejected it refund of the paid amount would be made to your bank (card) account.

Payment is done with no fee charged. Payments are done by transfer of funds from VISA and MASTER CARD bank cards when the bank that issued your card permits online payments. You may get the information about possibility of online payments by bank cards by contacting the bank. Payment is made in accordance with the Regulations of the international payment systems, principles of confidentiality compliance and payment securities for which the most recent data verification, encryption and secure orderwire transfer techniques are used. Entry of bank card details is made on the secure payment page of the partner bank running the service.  Our partner bank is “Alfa-Bank” OJSC.

Confidentiality.

Cases when payments are rejected:

A bank card is not designed for making online payments what you can find out by asking your Bank staff;
Card details are entered incorrectly.
In order to correctly enter the details you should correctly and precisely enter the data in the order it is stated on your card:

Cardholder (Usually stated on the front of a card in English in capitals. For example, IVANOV IVAN)

Card number (Usually stated on the front of a card and contains 16 digits. For example: 0123 4567 8901 2345)

Card expiration date (Usually stated on the front of a card — month and year before card expiration. Card expiration date is entered in numbers. For example, 12 (entered in the month field) and 13 (entered in the year field), which means that a card is valid till December 2013).

Card CVV2 or CVC2 code (Usually stated on the back of a card and contains 3 digits. For example, 123)

Card validity period has expired. Card validity period is usually stated on the front of a card (it is a month and year before card expiration). You can get more information about card validity period by contacting the bank that issued the card.

Not sufficient means on a card for payment. You can get more information about availability of means on your card by contacting the bank that issued the card.

Fixed limit of operations per day is exceeded. The amount of daily limit for all operations is determined by a partner bank.
